Three things to read carefully. One conversation at a time on Starter, so a second visitor waits. A five minute ceiling on a single conversation. And billing runs from the moment a conversation opens until it closes, whether anyone is speaking or not, so a visitor who wanders off still costs you.
Underneath, the thing that makes our price possible is that the engine runs without a GPU.
